Welcome Back!
we’re really excited to share some NEW THINGS here in the Fall Blok!
don’t worry, we’ve honored the same bones of it all.
In classic rhythm, Fall Blok is a collective space where we train 2 days a week as we build towards a common race or distance. This Fall, we’re keeping the volume a bit higher with a Half Marathon build. It’ll last about 10 weeks and will include a handful of opportunities to test your fitness along the way.
What’s New?
We took this season to line up our big build to end with the Mount Dora Half Marathon and 5k. We chose Mount Dora because the race weekend is a bit later in the season, it highlights a wonderful (albeit hilly) course, and offers a team oriented division to boot!
As always, there is no pressure to race!
BUT, should you choose to… we’ll do our best to get you there feeling ready.

Starting a pinch later in the season than before, you can see our proposed dates below:
Oct: 10th - 13th - 17th - 20th - 24th - 27th and 31st
Nov: 3rd - 7th - 10th - 14th - 17th - 21st - 24th - 26th
Dec: 1st - 5th - 8th - 12th - 15th - 17th - Race Day

While we strive to make our training available to as many as possible, it might feel the most helpful having 6 weeks of base training under your belt.
* Base Training:
consistent, injury free running
athletes might consider being able to run 3x per week
athlete might consider their long run of at least 60 minutes. *
