Spring in Florida means high pollen count, premium running weather, and RACING!


If you are new here, then consider join us for Spring Blok.
Training Blok is a group-centric, coach led, training cycle that gifts the running culture more community with a performance lens.
    Generally we meet twice a week for about 6-8 weeks and end the season with a race opportunity to show what you learned! We celebrate having athletes from all pace groups and levels of experience. We work hard to group athletes into packs that will support one another based on their level of experience!

Join us for 6 weeks of work building towards the 5k/10k race distance.
we meet on Thursdays 630pm and Sundays 630am

Thursday Deets !

Thursdays we meet at Blue Jacket Park starting at 630pm.
These days are generally our shorter runs. Plan to receive a structured workout via email (Monday)
Coaching Staff will help group workouts and paces… Promise.
Thursday training begins at 630pm sharp ad we meet in the middle of the lot, by the momument.

Sunday Deets !

Sundays we’ll plan to meet for our longer efforts.
You can expect to start and finish our runs from Easy Luck Coffee
Sunday runs will begin at 630 am from the parking lot.

SPRING RACE TBA

Historically we’ve used the WPRR 10k as a season finale in the Spring Blok.
In efforts of giving the best experience, we are currently discussing a new landing place for our 2025 Spring Blok.
The distance would still be 5k/10k and the dates very similar, pardon our dust as we get the details here.
